Agree with Scott.... an unusual and unique situation, which is not necessarily indicative of the typical Heritage "experience".

Would love to hear from Heritage on this matter, as the contradiction does seem very odd. I know that this site is always on their radar, and usually they are pretty good about posting here. Very eager to hear what type of resolution is achieved
