Sadned me to read this....
I'm not sure if this would help.....but maybe we can send the guy a few cards???
 .....I know we have tried to do similar acts of kindness that failed in the past, but maybe a few cards he likes to collect arriving in the mail might help rid the bad taste???just a thought...
