Help identifying Rawlings pant tags Jack Clark St Louis Cardinals

I am trying to learn more about these pant I picked up. What I think I have is pair of Jack Clark game issued/used pants from 1985. Does anyone know what the numbers mean? I can match the style for sure on the pictures of Jack Clark.
