Michael,
During the '55 Series, Ebbets was definitely adorned with bunting. I can send you photos from Game 5 if you'd like. It's important to note that their bunting placement differed a bit from that used at Yankee Stadium in the 50s, as Brooklyn would have their flags spread out throughout the ballpark with usually around 5-10 feet between each one. I'm trying to find out when Game 5 started exactly, though I would imagine that it was around 1:05 or so, as most World Series games of the era started around them. I also found a boxscore from the NY Times, and they list the time of the game at 2 hours and 57 minutes. Wolf is incredible - a man after my own heart.
