David,
What is your goal with these phone conversations? Im not discouraging you from calling, I am just trying to understand what you trying to accomplish? I just don't want you to end up like my dog that chases squirrels around the yard and every now and then catches one. Clueless what to do at that point. Also, I wouldn't want you to be disappointed if they tell you everything you want to hear and then nothing changes because this issue is really not affecting their bottom line.
