I respectfully disagree with your decision. As long as this Auction was open (8 PM CST deadline), the last bidder should be declared the winner...... in the event of a TIE BID. There was no way that I could have known at 7:59 CST (while I was typing my bid) that another bid had been placed at $30. Obviously, had I known this at 8 PM CST, I would have made my bid $32.
