The card is vintage to 1910 era, Im fairly sure....
The collector who owns the O'Hara above is Named Mike G........ he just signed up and he might be posting soon? He found this card glued into a scrapbook/ledger with a bunch of other 1910 era cards (T201, T202, T206, E92, etc.) and nonsport cards too if I remember right. PS. If I remember right, for some reason I also think Mark Macrae had one of these, but I am not sure. ????
