My guess would be ML offered +10% to +20 commission and figured the card would be a great marketing tool and/or Mastro or REA refused to offer such favorable terms or positioning (marketing). The $25K - $40K additional might have made the difference. However, I would call ML an 'interesting' choice in lieu of recent / past revelations! It sure is a beautiful card but with the 55 - 45 and 60 - 40 (or so) centering a 9 MINT would have been more appropriate. |
