Thanks for the response - this is the impression I am getting - they used to do it, but don't do it anymore?
I've reached out to SGC & CGC directly to see how/what is able to be noted on the flip. I guess I should do the same for PSA. I said Lew Lipsett - I meant Lionel Carter as a named collection. I have several from Bray's collection, none from Carter's as they tend to be too nice for me.
