Well I'll be a pickled herring...congrats Cory! I would assume SGC would have spotted if it had been re-backed, but of course grading companies were created to disappoint us when it comes to determining authenticity and if a card has been tampered with.
Certainly your previous scans seemed fairly convincing, stain or no. Would love to see it here once you get it in hand. Unless you are completely head over heels in love with it, my advice is to send it to a major auction house, and let the T206 crazies do battle for it.
