SGC has graded it 9, but on the label it indicates sheet cut. I am not too familiar with this set or the 'sheet cut' designation. Does it mean that this card was cut from a sheet post-production? Is/was there a full sheet of T204 previously known? And is it typical for a card that has been hand cut from a sheet to receive a numerical grade?
