Jay, the Ruth was super low until extended bidding. Although it closed at $250k, I think that was light considering a very ugly 1.5 sold in February of 2021 for same price. I felt the HM Taylor Cobb went cheap too, since a 1.5 just traded in LOTG for $15k+. Frankly, this is the first auction in a while where I felt prices were normal-low. Is that the market, Leland’s, or both? Or maybe I am just wrong… |
