Every single time I read one of these posts I am thankful for the local PO where I live. EVERY person there is ALWAYS friendly, happy, offer great service...I'm always sure to complete the survey after each visit as I hope the good feedback gets back to them....Rick, maybe you could confirm the usefulness of those surveys?
