| t206 soverign back premium

Posted By: fessgreg especially for HOF'ers what do you think the premium in price is for a soverign back on a t206 compared to a regular back(ie sweet caporal). signed Greg |

| t206 soverign back premium

Posted By: barrysloate In my last auction I had numerous HOfers including Cobb, Young, and Matty, with Sovereign backs, and while all did well I didn't sense that much of a premium. I think collectors focussed more on the players, less on the Sovereigns. Next to Piedmont and Sweet Cap, it might be the easiest back, or close to it. |

| t206 soverign back premium

Posted By: barrysloate Scot is probably right about the 10% premium, but it's hard to gauge in an auction. If I got $550 for a Mathewson because of the Sovereign, would I have only gotten $500 without it? I have no idea. |
