His career spanned the years 1947 through 1956. He was awarded Rookie of the Year honors in 1947. He played in six All Star games and was the National League Most Valuable Player in 1949. He was a key player for the Dodgers in their 1955 World Series Championship Series over the Yankees. This card was unfortunately pasted on something and many years later removed, causing the paper loss on the back. The front has several light creases but corners, edges and color are decent. PSA has reviewed the card and determined it to be authentic. This highly desirable card represents a sound investment in the future. If you have any questions, please contact us. For the first time in 18 years, my eBay account was hacked
 . So, eBay decided to remove my store along with all of the listings. That means all bids were wiped out. I have started the process of relisting all of my cards.
