Good stuff, my friend. Wounded Warrior Project is my go-to charity (and St. Jude).

I see from the auction that you're a sub guy. I'm a submarine veteran myself.

Good luck with the auction!

Something else I'd like to add. A while back there was an auction here on the B/S/T for some old photos. One of the photos was of Dom and Joe Dimaggio in uniform from WWII. I collect vintage baseball and militaria so this was right up my alley. I missed the end of the auction and lost out. I contacted the winner (David L.) and asked if he'd be interested in selling just the Dimaggio military photo. He wrote me back saying that if I'd make a donation to charity that he'd send me the photo for free b/c he wanted the other photo.

I just wanted to point out that I really like the character of most of the people that post here. This is a good online community and one of the reasons I keep coming back.

We probably did talk before (I have a terrible memory). I did 8 years and got out... 4 on the Wyoming (SSBN-742), 2 on the Philadelphia (SSN-690), and 2 on the Emory S. Land (AS-39).
