Default 1959 Ray Semproch question.....Sheet Cut? Salesman Sample?

I have had this card for years and not sure when or where I got it.

My question is: Is this just a sheet hand cut card or could this be cut from a salesman sample sheet?

I was thinking sample as the top and bottom borders do not show any part of another card. Or am I way off base.

Thanks for any help.
Bob

Sheet cut. 1959 salesman sample (this Is a 3 card panel) backs look like this. They are all green, none of them have standard backs.

Default 1959 Semproch

Semproch is the 2nd card in the row headed by Vernon. He is in the top row of one slit. Definitely a poor scissor job.

Yea I'd take it over a regular cut Semproch any day.
