1940 UCLA action shot of Jackie Robinson and Ray Bartlett. Bartlett was one of 4 black players (along with Robinson, Kenny Washington and Kenny Strode) and spent 20 years on the Pasadena Police Department.

Nice addition to my ladies collection. It's actually a very light shade of blue, but my otherwise exceptional Epson V600, won't pick it up...probably user error.... smh

A pair of additions to my Fred Spiksley collection from the Illustrated and Sporting News.
1891 Sheffield Wednesday side. Spiksley’s first season at Wednesday.  1893 England Internationals at Richmond. Spiksley would record a hat trick against Scotland in this match. I know this one tends to go closer to $75-100, so when I saw the full issue on offer for $17.50, I figured I’d take a flyer. A little water damage, but it’ll still frame nicely.
