Hello everyone,
I used SGC for all my vintage card grading and swear by them. I have read recent posts about all the third-party grading services and the consensus is that SGC has phenomenal customer service. So it comes as a surprise that I have been stymied for nearly THREE weeks now trying to get information from them. There doesn’t seem to be a customer service phone number nor an email directory of any one to contact. I have been dealing with an administrative assistant who has tried to be helpful but this is the best that a multi-million dollar company can provide? Can anyone help put me in contact with management to answer a very specific question about grading and regrading? If you feel more comfortable PMing me, that would be much appreciated. When SGC graded a card a higher grade than I expected, they reached out to me for more money as they said it jumped tiers. This is the dude who took my payment.
