Help with SGC!
 
Hello everyone,

I used SGC for all my vintage card grading and swear by them. I have read recent posts about all the third-party grading services and the consensus is that SGC has phenomenal customer service.

So it comes as a surprise that I have been stymied for nearly THREE weeks now trying to get information from them. There doesn’t seem to be a customer service phone number nor an email directory of any one to contact.

I have been dealing with an administrative assistant who has tried to be helpful but this is the best that a multi-million dollar company can provide?

Can anyone help put me in contact with management to answer a very specific question about grading and regrading? If you feel more comfortable PMing me, that would be much appreciated.

Brent has been helping me, yes. But he’s the gatekeeper to the kingdom and I need to discuss matters with the kingdom.

When SGC wanted more money.....
 
When SGC graded a card a higher grade than I expected, they reached out to me for more money as they said it jumped tiers. This is the dude who took my payment.
