Tougher thin paper variation, Sgc-40 T216 Kotton Cigarettes Patsy Dougherty
Only 2 have been recorded to date between both population reports, (Psa @ Sgc).
This is also the highest graded so far. Tough tough card...
Light top right corner wrinkle/crease is the only thing that kept this out of a 50 holder.
