Registry Mistakes

It is errors like this that make me wonder the accuracy of the registry.

Given the number of errors I always see and the shear number of people cracking and resubmitting. I would say + or - but in this instance it is only MINUS. What do you take off 10%, 20% or higher? Seems to me this kind of data is useless because of to many errors and other circumstances.
