Opinions on an n162 Brouthers please....

I'd like to ask the board for their opinions on this n162. I'm thinking it is missing an entire layer off of its back and it is thinner than most cards from this issue. However, it seems to me that if the back was really missing an entire layer, that there would be some sort of scuffing, damage or at least residue on what remains. But it's very white and smooth. The card measures correctly as well and there doesn't appear to be any large amounts of wear on it...as you can see, the front of the card is very nice. Is it possible that an advertising poster or some other material existed that this card might have come from? Perhaps another explaination?

If this card has indeed been skinned and is missing it's top layer, any ideas on how great of an impact it would have on the value of the card? Thanks in advance everyone.....-Brian
