My rule has always been - would his mother recognize him? Creases, holes, missing borders are ok but as long as the player is recognizable I'm ok with it. |

An E107-III that probably all but redefines the concept of "Poor". But if you know what the card is supposed to look like - then looking at this beat-up example probably makes it a bit easier. |

There's nothing wrong with a filler card. It's a personal choice. If you can live with it then that's great. The Radbourn mentioned is very condition challenged (trimmed, light image, etc). But, if want a card of the pitcher with the most wins in a season and you don't want to spend a grand on it then this could be a low cost alternative. It's still a card, kind of..... |

being the annointed King of Crappy Commons around here, my personal criteria is that any damage is ok as long as the name on the card is legible and there is no distracting crease thru the face. The custom die-cuts in my collection are some of my favorite cards. |
