Please Help Identify This Al Simmons Card

I got this a few weeks ago and I have been unable to discern what it is. I think it may be a strip card, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know for sure?

The card is a 1933 R337 Eclipse Import. It has a value of $175 in NM condition.
