I was just looking through some T206 cards and came across this one. What would cause the bottom half of the name be cut off? I purchased this card in a lot a few years ago and only noticed it now. The surface texture looks similar across the entire name although I don't have a loupe handy to confirm. Apologies in advance if this is a common printing question.

Probably a bit of paper got on the printing plate and covered the letters.
