PSA Regrading Request?
This situation has happened to a friend of mine this week. Let me know if anyone has experienced this before.
My friend is a registry guy. Out of the blue he is contacted by PSA. They tell him they’ve determined that one of his PSA 10s is a duplicate certification number. Ask him to submit card for inspection. Come back and say card is authentic but flip isnt. PSA takes the card off the registry and offers to grade it. Now he’s afraid his 10 he paid decent money for is going to be a lower grade. He hasn’t reached out to the seller yet but bought in the last two years from one of the big sellers. He’s going to go ahead and let PSA regrade it and contact the seller. Doesn’t want to out seller until he has addressed the situation with them. Has anyone gone through something like this? Or heard that this has become an issue with a well known seller? Any advice?
