Question about Ruth ball and Frank P Garo
Hey guys! Long time viewer of the boards.
#1 on my bucket list is to own a Babe Ruth ball. A buddy of mine sent me this today. On the surface, it looks highly suspect and not nearly expensive enough. However, the COA is from a Frank P Garo whose website checks back somewhat reputable. Can you guys look at it and debunk it for me real quick?
