Help Needed: ID of Red Gange Item

I picked up the following Red Grange item at an antique show today and I'm not sure where it originates from. It is roughly 8"x10" and has some obvious condition issues, but the price was right and figured I may as well pick it up. The back is plank and it is on extremely glossy photo paper, which has some mild cracking -- similar photo quality to the 1932 Denby Cigar Bears Premium. Any help is greatly appreciated.
