Help Needed: ID of Red Gange Item

It is roughly 8&quot;x10&quot; and has some obvious condition issues, but the price was right and figured I may as well pick it up. The back is plank and it is on extremely glossy photo paper, which has some mild cracking -- similar photo quality to the 1932 Denby Cigar Bears Premium.
