A question for Mrs. Sherlock

I am somewhat familiar with the Mrs. Sherlock's bread pins with the red borders, found in the SCD catalogue, but have not seen one of these before--I just won and received it:

The SCD catalogue says the red borders were one of several sets put out by "the Toldeo bakery", but this one appears to have come from Rochester NY, at least the teeny tiny print near the rim seems to say so. Can anyone provide some info--it is actually smaller in circumference than a dime.
