Anybody in NYC know if there's a quick train to the show?

I live in the UES. I wasn't planning on going as I can't really buy anything now but I might run up there to poke around if I can get in and out quick. The website for the show only has driving directions, though and I am without a car. Is there a quick commute by train available?
