This past week there was an Elmer Chickering cabinet of Jouett Meekin being offered on Ebay. I was curious to know if anyone could recall whether or not this particular Meekin was from the find of Chickering cabinets that Lipset auctioned a short time ago? If not, it's an interesting find, as it points to the possibilty that more then one set of these was produced. If I remember correctly, all of the examples in the find originally came from Meekin's estate. |
