Question re: 1899 Chickering Boston Beaneater cabinet

I was curious to know if anyone could recall whether or not this particular Meekin was from the find of Chickering cabinets that Lipset auctioned a short time ago? If not, it's an interesting find, as it points to the possibilty that more then one set of these was produced. Posted By: <b>scott brockelman</b><p>it appears to be the same one, at one point roger burns had it for sale at a couple of Nationals. as far as i know each one that was in the lipset group is unique, but it's possible others exist<br /><br />scott

Posted By: <b>Jim Clarke</b><p>I think it was Roger Neufelt who had them for sale and then consigned to Lew. In Average they went for about 1K a piece. The seller had a really high reserve on it. Those Antique dealers look at book price and then use some kind of multiplication system to come up with the price...
