Beckett Turn-Around Time...:(...

Submitted an in-person card to Beckett last August (August 18, 2017).
Contacted their customer service via email in November and January for an update without any response. Finally got a message yesterday the card had been shipped.
6 month turn-around time...

...
I thought it was lost.
