My guess, and it's an uneducated one at that, is it/they will grade lower (by how much?) just like uncentered cards do, which, like in your case, are factory issues and not wear and tear issues.
But, on the flip side, and depending on what you already noticed in the POP report in regards to these cards, maybe they will be viewed as rare/scarce and be graded like any other card or graded with a special note, like black back for example, on the label?

I am no help on grading since I avoid it if at all possible, but here is my version and the color difference is not too great.It seems to me that any grade or even an authentic grade on such rarity would
