Christy Mathewson Check SOLD
Need to fill that Mathewson hole in your HoF collection? (Who doesn't?) Don't have $12 grand+ to spend? (Who does?) Well, here's your chance. A wonderful Christy Mathewson personal check, in NM condition, entirely filled out in Christy's hand. SOLD
Yes, the signature was removed long ago. Still, have you ever seen any other unquestionably genuine example of Mathewson's handwriting at an affordable price? I thought not.
