Listing 1915 CJ's as 1914's

I noticed a couple weeks ago this guy had listed a number of 1915 CJ's as 1914. I sent a brief note saying just FYI, these are the more common 1915's, not 1914's. He finally responded today with.."These are 1914 not 1915, the words on the back are not upside down when you turn the card over. Thanks for the concern though. Gary" Say what?  I get it that an individual enthusiast / collector may have been told one thing and believe it and/or otherwise not be aware - - but this guy should know better as he appears to have his own shop and claims "Our Store offers over 10 million Sports Cards. We also have an extensive collection of memorabilia. If there is anything you need don't hesitate to e-mail, message or call (765)547-1321" So he knowingly is trying to misrepresent?
