I just sent a Paypal to my wife's sister in Ireland. I used Paypal family/friends and they charged me just over $2.00 to complete transaction. Just wondering if this was because it was overseas or if they charge period to use this now. Either way it is still cheaper than using Western Union or another type company. Just wondering. Thanks Ralph
