OT: New Paypal Fee
 

I just sent a Paypal to my wife's sister in Ireland. I used Paypal family/friends and they charged me just over $2.00 to complete transaction. Just wondering if this was because it was overseas or if they charge period to use this now. Either way it is still cheaper than using Western Union or another type company. Just wondering. I believe if the funds are transferred from a bank account, or your paypal account it is free to use family and friends. There is a fee involved if you transfer from your debit or credit card though.

Yup. There is a small fee if sending overseas.
