Need some ID help with a couple of PCL issues

The first is a black & white, blank-backed, 8 x 10, glossy photo of Bill Tolar, Portland Beavers. PCL News put out a set of photo supplements for awhile, not sure what years, and I suspect that's what this is.






The other is a 5 x 5, blank-backed, glossy photo of Geroge Metkovich, Oakland Oaks. I have no clue as to the year or issuer other than it is probably late 1940's.



**Neither of these are listed in the current SCD Catalog**


Any info is much appreciated.

If it's any help, according to SABR:

Tolar was with Portland in 1961
