Need some ID help with a couple of PCL issues

PCL News put out a set of photo supplements for awhile, not sure what years, and I suspect that's what this is.<br /><br /><br /><br /><img src="http://i23.ebayimg.com/05/i/000/ed/62/8978_1.JPG"><br /><br /><br />The other is a 5 x 5, blank-backed, glossy photo of Geroge Metkovich, Oakland Oaks. I have no clue as to the year or issuer other than it is probably late 1940's.<br /><br /><img src="http://i1.ebayimg.com/02/i/000/f3/cf/e547_1.JPG"><br /><br />**Neither of these are listed in the current SCD Catalog**<br /><br /><br />Any info is much appreciated.<br /><br />Thanks,<br /> Adam
