The guy started and won three games for the Pirates in the 1909 World Series against Ty Cobb's Tigers, pitching 3 complete games, one of which was a shutout, with an ERA of 1.33. |

I would say it had something to do with compensation for them using his likeness,he definitely shouldve been among players included in the set.Sam Leever isnt in the set either and he was already 180 wins into his career at that point.For the A's,Jack Coombs,Rube Vickers and Cy Morgan all deserved to have a card but none of them do. |
