Ticket stub grading worth it?

I've never messed with ticket grading... but I came across a few stubs and am wondering if it best to grade them. My intent is to sell

Grading can be subjective on full tickets or stubs. Perforations, creases, tough to get high grades. I've had a few graded, but mostly get them deemed authentic and encapsulated. I like the way they look, and they will be passed down. The resale on the ones not being passed down will be easier as well. PSA has a population report on tickets. That 66 AS game is pretty sweet looking ticket.

I don’t like the look of cool, vintage ephemera placed in modern slabs. But preferences on looks aside, is getting that AS game ticket slabbed really going to boost the sales price by an amount more than the cost of getting it slabbed? I admit that I don’t know but I’m skeptical. I do think slabbing the tickets of games of no-hitters and other major achievements, and having them noted on the flip, likely pays off. Again, I prefer to have even those tickets in my collection unslabbed, regardless of potential sales value.

To pay to get a ticket graded/encapsulated it would have to be pretty special.

Run of the mill post war world series tickets aren't that special, because of the obvious reason that people tend to keep world series, all star game tickets, etc.

What is very rare are last game tickets where someone is unexpectedly killed (Clemente), first game historic (Jackie), or games that are broadly known (Ruth called shot, Gehrig speech, etc.). Most tickets not worth paying to grade.

Thanks for the input... is there ever a concern about authenticity with ticket stubs? I am confident all that I have pictured here is authentic, but does it give comfort to sellers.

Also ... the club house pass and press box pass. Any value in authenticating them?

I wouldn't. Press passes, etc. aren't in tremendous demand. Someone will buy them, but I doubt that person is paying a premium for third-party authentication. I think you'd be wasting money.
(Who is going to fake a press box pass?)

Who would fake a press pass??? I don't know .... I have primarily collected cards, and ask myself the same question ... " who would fake a baseball card?"
