In terms of diversification, I have been throttling back on my cardboard acquisitions, so that I can allocate additional resources to other areas. With some of the runup in cardboard prices, a couple of years ago the value of my collection got to be around 30% of my assets, which felt waaaaay too heavy for me. These days, it's closer to 20%, which is still a little uncomfortably high, but at least trending in the right direction.

Naturally, I have no plans to sell, so it's more of a theoretical construct. But at the same time, there's no question that selling my collection someday will be an important part of my retirement fund.
