Default FS: 1902 NY Giants Ticket - McGraw McGinnity Bresnahan McGann FIRST GAME as NY Giants

FS: Historic ticket. July 19, 1902---Philadelphia Phillies vs NY Giants at the Polo Grounds. This was the first game as New York Giants for John McGraw, Joe McGinnity, Roger Bresnahan, and Dan McGann. McGinnity pitched, Bresnahan caught, and McGann played first base. In his first game as NY Giants manager, John McGraw also started at shortstop. The Phillies won the game, but the Giants began a new era that would reshape and define New York and major league baseball for the next two decades.

This rare dated ticket is authenticated and encapsulated by PSA.

To my knowledge there exists no other known tickets to this game.

Actual ticket size is about 1-1/2" x 1-5/8"

Price: $5,000 shipped / accepting offers

Pm or email with interest.

Thx,
Ray
