Wounded Ruth--how many of you have settled on a Babe?
I recently received my first Goudey Ruth card. As you can see in the scan it is quite the happy fellow. I scanned it while still in the card saver sleeve, as I am afraid to move it. Why, you might ask? Because I have it nicely lined up and thus I can pretend it is actually just one piece, and moving it from its sleeve would put a nasty ol' crimp in this illusion.
Ruth cards are usually some of the most expensive in our hobby, and because of this I imagine more than myself are willing to accept low condition examples. Perhaps others would like to share their less than perfect Babes? Brian
