NOTE: I can send you a copy of the full list or come to my BOOTH 1100 at the National this week in Atlantic City to see my display this year of Topps test packs, cards and wrappers. Don't be left out. The 1968 Topps Test Basketball could have a Wilt Chamberlin or one of the five key Hall of famers. A PSA 8 Chamberlin is $50,000 + and a 9 would be $200,000+ and just imagine what a 10 would get.
Steve Sabow’s Unopened Wax Packs List – July 24, 2022 NOTE: The list that follows contains many packs that are quite rare, scarce and tough. Some of the packs are one of only a few packs (or less) that are known to exist for that issue. NOTE that until the grading of unopened wax packs is perfected (if ever that occurs), I choose to continue to keep my packs raw and ungraded. NOTE that I can send you photos of any pack so you can see their condition. NOTE that all packs are 5 cent packs unless noted otherwise. NOTE that the following 8 packs that are being added today include extremely rare wax packs that are in outstanding condition. The 8 raw ungraded vintage packs (all are 5-cent packs unless noted otherwise) that I recently added to my Unopened Wax Packs List include: (NOTE that all packs are in AMAZING condition unless noted) 1. **1955 Bowman Baseball -- Scarce 2. **1962 Civil War News 1-cent – Rare 3. **1969 Topps Test Room 222 -- Rare 4. **1967 Topps Test Twiggy -- Rare 5. **1968 Topps Test All Star Baseball Plaks – Very Rare 6. **1974 Topps Test Baseball Photos Deckles – Rare ************************************************** ********************* 7. **1936 Goudey Baseball – Very Rare ************************************************** ********************* 8. **1968 Topps Test Basketball – Very Rare ************************************************** ********************* If you are considering buying any packs from me or other vintage stars, rookies, empty display boxes, wrappers, tobacco cards, P2 Sweet Caporal pins, 1956 Topps pins, and complete boxes, you can do so NOW or at any National Sports Collectors Convention. I also specialize in non-sports cards as well as all major sports and Cuban, Caribbean and Japanese high-quality cards. You can buy from me now or at the next National (that starts this Weds. In Atlantic City; My booth is 1100 – 6 booths in the main entrance) and I can deliver your purchases directly to you at the show or overnight them to your attention. KNOW who you are buying from as I have a serious group of dedicated collector investors who have been buying from me for many, many years. KNOW who you are buying from; here are MY QUALIFICATIONS: n As Dynamic Duo Comics and Cards, I have personally run/promoted over 300 sports card shows including 3 monthly shows in Bayside Queens, Riverside CT, and Manhattan for 20+ years between 1978 and the late 1990’s n I have set up tables and booths at over 1,000 sports card shows in the tri-state area between 1976 and 2021 n I have also set up at hundreds of comic book shows between 1976 and the late 1980’s n I have set up at flea markets in Yonkers Raceway, Aqueduct Racetrack and Roosevelt Raceway flea markets for 10 + years through the early 1990s (Indoor/Outdoor Roosevelt booth locations) n I started selling comic books at age 13 in 1962 advertising in The Rocket Burst Comic Book Collector and eventually drew covers for a number of their issues n I started selling at card shows in 1976 and have continued to do so since then. n I have set up a booth at every National except for the first four Nationals. n UPDATE: I personally collect and own every five cent Baseball, football, basketball and hockey wax pack put out by all major card companies between 1948 and 1973 except for only two wax packs including: now just two Parkhurst hockey packs. All other packs for sale are my duplicates. I do not focus on one cent wax packs, cellos or rack packs unless they are rare. n NOTE that packs that are new to the list and all rare and very rare packs are now bolded.
