How do I get a response from Goldin?

I have an item I sold over a month ago at Goldin in the May Auction (after it delivering to them in March). The winning bidder hasn’t paid, so Goldin hasn’t paid me, yet they won’t send the item back to me either.

How do I get them to either pay me or send it back?
