How do I get a response from Goldin?
 

I have an item I sold over a month ago at Goldin in the May Auction (after it delivering to them in March). The winning bidder hasn’t paid, so Goldin hasn’t paid me, yet they won’t send the item back to me either.


How do I get them to either pay me or send it back?

I usually stick to Facebook, but someone directed me here. Just frustrated with Goldin on this. It’s been an awful experience and I’m looking for answers anywhere I can.

One of the other options is to send it back, so I was hoping that I could choose that option. I could sell it for more than what it sold for with them, and get paid faster than 4 months.

everyone likes to say if cant sell direct, going to send off to the auction house.....this one looks like its going in reverse as it appears you are telling the Auction house to send it back because you can get more for it direct

I’ve had higher offers.


The issue is they listed it in an auction with 3000+ items and it got buried and got very little visibility. They told me it was going to be in a smaller auction and then changed which auction it was going to be in multiple times
